Background
Meghan Finch has a background in dietetics, a Master of Public Health and a PhD exploring the implementation of physical activity policies and practices in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Meghan has worked as a health service manager, research fellow and senior advisor for an independent evidence intermediary organisation. Her roles have focused on the generation and translation of evidence to achieve a positive impact for children, families and communities.
Research Interest
Dr Finch has extensive experience in managing large-scale settings based evaluations of obesity prevention implementation trials, evidence synthesis and specialist skills in knowledge translation.
Role in NCOIS
Dr Finch manages the overall coordination and research translation for the Centre. She also coordinates the capacity building, stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
