Background
Edd recently moved from England to study for a PhD in Public Health and Behavioural Science, focused on sustainability in physical activity policy implementation in schools. He completed his undergraduate degree in Health & Exercise Science and a post graduate degree in Sport & Exercise Science in the UK. Prior to moving to Australia to commence PhD study Edd worked for several years in sport, most recently with Leicestershire County Cricket Club as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where his primary role was to plan and deliver long term athletic development strategies to the academy players. Edd has also held roles working with care experienced children in residential settings and outdoor activity centres.
Research Interest
Edd’s primary interests are in implementation science and sustaining physical activity policy implementation.
