An RR-Clan session from 2023. It is nearly impossible to keep up with relevant research in a clinical field. Systematic reviews (SRs) provide a synthesis of original research articles and are the highest level of evidence for focused questions. SRs are a rigorous method to review original research for a focused question, appraise the quality of the original research and combine data from good quality studies to answer the question.
