High quality systematic reviews of up-to-date evidence are critical to inform clinical care and population health policies, program and practice. However significant resources and expertise are required to conduct them. Much research and many tools, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, have been developed to streamline the systematic review process and reduce resource and expertise requirements.
